ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OR DEMENTIA

We are proud to have worked closely with the Family Care Trust for a number of years, providing sporting activities to adults between 16 and 60 who have learning difficulties or dementia.
We offer sporting activities at Newlands Bishop Farm which allows us plenty of outdoor space when the weather is good, and indoor space when it is not. This is important to keep up morale and enthusiasm.
There are many different sports available, including golf, boules, tennis, basketball, rounders, curling, football, table tennis, archery, aerobics, botcha and multiskills. Activities are aimed at all levels of skill and ability, inspiring everyone to take part. We actively encourage carers to engage too, so they are able to promote and sustain the activity between sessions.

We also take our sports into care homes, day centres and assisted living venues, bringing physical activities and participation to those with special educational needs, and the elderly. We promote fitness and social inclusion wherever we go.
If you are interested in inviting us to bring sporting activities to your care home, day centre, or assisted living venue please contact us. We would be delighted to discuss what we can offer.
