Newland Bishop Farm
We offer sporting activities at Newlands Bishop Farm which allows us plenty of outdoor space when the weather is good, and indoor space when it is not. This is important to keep up morale and enthusiasm.
There are many different sports available, including golf, boules, tennis, basketball, rounders, curling, football, table tennis, archery, aerobics, botcha and multiskills. Activities are aimed at all levels of skill and ability, inspiring everyone to take part. We actively encourage carers to engage too, so they are able to promote and sustain the activity between sessions.

Community LED Sport
Our goal is to make sports accessible to everyone! We provide sporting activities that invite individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities in Solihull to participate in sports. Our community sports program is hosted at the Hampton in Arden Tennis and Sports Club, Coleshill Tennis and Sports Club, as well as church groups and youth centers. Engaging in exercise and sports together fosters fairness, equality, and respect, while also teaching valuable life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and discipline. Staying active helps alleviate stress, enhances sleep quality, and can lower anxiety—all while having a great time!

Care Homes
Taking part in physical exercise as we age is so important. Not only does it get our joints moving, it stimulates our brains, promotes mental wellbeing and encourages us to engage with others.
It was with this in mind that we first started to offer our sporting activities to care and dementia homes. We are proud to have a long and happy association with Blanning House Dementia Care day centre, Dassett Road age exclusive housing, Fountains Care Home, Hampton House assisted living, Ardenlea Grove Care Home, Ardenlea Court Care Home, Amberley Court Care Home and Harper Fields Care Home.
